„Very clean, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Grocery store nearby, 25 min drive to downtown Savannah. Can be tough to find, can’t see the house number from the street so look for sign for the correct parking lot and need to walk between the houses to find the right one. Need to furnish your own dishwasher and laundry soap. “

„Great location, decor is attractive, furniture is comfortable. The showerhead needs to be descaled or replaced (at least half of the holes don't allow water through). The floors are pretty rough, with several buckled boards. The furnace/ac and bathroom fans are incredibly loud. Interior doors don't close well. Appliances are newer and work well.“
