„We had a great time staying here. Condo was very well-cleaned and maintained, and many of the rooms have been updated well. The park was practically in the backyard, which was great for the kids. Easy beach access. The only critique I would say is that the downstairs bathroom is due for new faucets, but the ones they have work well - they’re just a little outdated.“

„We were on the island for family reunion. Unit was nice. Had a few issues at the unit. Security latch on front door was broken. Multiple places we found black hair during initial inspection. One of the bathroom door latches was also messed up. Enjoyed the pool at the facility. A/C worked well in keeping the unit cool.“

„Nice location if you seek quiet and away from the tourists. High ceilings, big rooms including shower/bath area. Kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, cups/glasses. Back porch overlooks marsh. One local seafood restaurant is just a 5 minute walk which overlooks marina. The only reason property was not given a 5 is that the waste dumpster is shared with restaurant and it was nasty to step into to deposit trash. I felt like I needed to throw away my footwear’s after having to ...

„The unit is as described and extremely clean. Bed is comfy; linens are nice. Ceiling fans appreciated. I enjoyed sitting in the small patio.The property manager rapidly responds to questions. Communications were clear and timely.Make sure you pick up groceries, toilet paper etc. before you enter the island as groceries available are minimum and expensive.“
