„Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer geräumig “

„New. Perfect condition. Good breakfast. Great personnel. Very good price.“

„Everthing was great“

„Zum Übernachten okay, Betten und Bad sauber. Netter Empfang.

„Stay was great!!!“

„Staff were very nice and areas round the hotel were kept well maintained and neat. Our room was very clean and spacious, however, the bed was not comfortable. Another disappointment was the age of the universal equipment in the gym. Other than those two items the stay was pleasant and would still consider staying our next visit to Kings Bay.“

„Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again.“

„Sehr einfaches Hotel.

„Well, I wish I could tell you how the rooms were, but that I don't know because when I arrived for my check-in, I was informed that they were overbooked and they switched me over to a different hotel. I assumed that I would stay at that hotel for the remainder of my stay but after one night, however, it was only one night we were asked to pay for the reminder even thought we already paid for our trip. “

„I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I learned hotel was being renovated. Noise galore, saws, hammering etc. All amenities were closed ie: pool, fitnes...everything. Contacted Expedia and they did nothing to help. Hotel said if I booked direct, they would discount the rate. Expedia told me no discounts. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!“

„My in laws and I have been staying here for years - we checked in to accessible rooms and both rooms we’re disgustingly dirty and not able to sleep in. We found a cockroach in one room. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and refunded us but not a good experience and definitely won’t be staying again“

„Breakfast was so so. Not many choices…. Furniture needs to be updated Staff was excellent Room was clean“
