The house was not ready at 4pm check-in - we arrived to cleaners wrapping up. Other issues: [1] washer/dryer was broken so we had to use the same towels, sheets, clothes all week. We were informed of this less than 1 hour before check in. The host was not proactive—we had to demand he send someone to pick up laundry, but ...
