„The house is in a nice neighborhood and has great outdoor space. However the listing on VRBO does not match what Vacasa (the property management company) has on record. Specifically when it comes to the pool and hot tub. There really isn’t a hot tub. You will be advised by Vacasa the spa cannot be set to a different temperature than the spa. Over all nice, but showing its age. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. There is a switch by the front door they clicked the entire time we were ...

„Very pleased with our stay at Mid Town Casita. Property managers were very helpful. Loved the large open area and kitchen island. Very clean with plenty of space inside and out for the 3 of us. I would definitely come here again. Only downside was the construction taking place on the surrounding streets, but that couldn't be helped. Highly recommend.“

„We had a great stay here in Phoenix! Beds were comfortable, house was clean and well maintained. Pool was great in the evening after the sun warmed the water. We took full advatage of the weather and spent a lot of time in the covered backyard. Watching the bikers and hikers on south mountains in the backyard was a plua too! Great location to so many things and still quiet. Will definitely be staying here when we visit again. “

„Location was great. Cleaning of the house could have been better really dusty. Very secure. There was a glass and a bottle of wine under the sink in master bedroom. Close by a grocery store made it easy for us to grab a few things. Pool was pretty big and clean. No cornhole. Kids did enjoy playing pool. Very spacious. Outside grill worked good. We had fun and enjoyed our stay.. This was our first time using Vrbo. We are definitely coming back!!“
