„House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages ...

„This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1 ...

„Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!“

„Made a quick trip to Phoenix, the condo was in a great neighborhood, and very convenient to the freeway, Biltmore, Arcadia, Scottsdale and Downtown.The beds were comfy and we easily slept 4. Provided crates, and food and water dishes for dogs. Very clean. Check in and check out could not have been easier, and Will, the host was great. “
