😊 We simply want to help keep the peace in the neighborhood and avoid issues with neighbors or HOA.

❄️ AC Rules
Please keep the AC set at 72° or higher during the summer months to help protect the system from freezing up in the Arizona heat.
If you need the temperature lowered, just message me and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.

🏊 Pool Rules
No loud speakers or music at the pool after 8PM
Please be respectful of neighbors during evening hours
Please return the pool key to the kitchen key hanger before checkout

Loss of the pool key will result in a $500 replacement fee due to HOA/community access requirements.

Thank you again for staying with us! I truly don’t want to have to interrupt or affect your stay over house rules — communication goes a long way and I’m always happy to help 😊
