Schöne 3-Zimmer-Villa mit Pool und spektakulärem Meerblick

Villa Aspro liegt in der Nähe des Fischerdorfes Ancient Epidavros mit seinem malerischen Hafen und den traditionellen griechischen Tavernen. Ein sicherer Strand ist 300 m den Hügel hinunter. Dieser Bereich, der Peloponnes, hat viele antike Stätten und schöne Städte - das antike Theater von Epidaurus, Mykene, Nafplio, Argos und Korinth. Diese griechische Villa befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit Olivenhainen nach vorne und hinten.
Villa Aspro ist eine geräumige Villa verfügt über Marmorböden. die Halle, Essbereich, Küche und Wohnbereich sind offen, mit großen Terrassentüren auf einen großen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist mit einem Backofen mit Ceran-Kochfeld, großer Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. Auch auf dieser Etage befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad. Eine Marmortreppe führt zu zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Französisch Türen zu einem großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Auf der oberen Terrasse befinden sich ein Pool und eine Terrasse.

We like it very ´much to spend some days here. The terrasse with the view is just great and it is really a quite area. The pool is small, but okay for a short jump in and you can reach the beach by a short walk of less then 1 km down the hill. The city is small but nice and you have everything there, what you need. And the host Stewart is very friendly and helpful. You have a lot of restaurants not far away or in the city, but the best one is the stone house which can reached by a short walk of about 1 km. The only thing to improve would be some more dishes in the kitchen.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus , für bis zu 6 Personen reichlich Platz. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Pool sauber , gepflegt, liegt am asphaltierten Zufahrtsweg ( keine Durchgangsstrasse) Grossartiger Blick über den saronischen Golf von der Terrasse , ruhige Lage, 70 m über dem Meer . 15 Min Gehzeit zum Kiesstrand.. Einzig Hundegebell stört immer wieder die Nachtruhe.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit zwei Kindern von 5 Jahren zu Gast. Das Haus ist ganz prächtig - die Lage (man braucht natürlich ein Auto), die Ausstattung und der Zustand sind ideal für eine ruhige Woche in einer schönen Ecke Griechenlands. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind unbedingte Highlights, hinzu kommt, daß alles sehr geräumig ist. Der einzige Nachteil: Die Kinder wollten kaum Ausflüge machen, nicht einmal an den Strand, weil es ihnen im Haus und am Pool so gut gefiel.

Eine großzügige, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienvilla mit wundervollem Meerpanorama. Alles ist wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Die Villa, der Pool und der Garten sind sauber und gepflegt, ein Hausmeister schaut täglich nach dem Haus und leert den Müll. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Microwelle, Kochfeld etc., genug Geschirr und Untensilien für eine Großfamilie). WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, DVD-Player vorhanden und die sehr umfagreiche DVD-Sammlung des Vermieters darf benutzt werden. Der Vermieter Stewart wohnt zeitweise in der Wohnung darunter und bei Bedarf ansprechbar. Er ist sehr hilsbereit und liebenswürdig, er füllt einem vor der Ankunft sogar den Kühlschrank. Palea-Pidavros ist ein sehr netter kleiner Ort mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehreren schönen Badestränden und vielen schönen Tavernas. Zudem strategisch sehr günstig gelegen für Ausflüge zu diversen Ausgrabungen. Eine Top-Adresse! Tipp: in Pal. Epidavros die Taverna am Strand der "Sunken City" besuchen und dort baden (über versunkenen Ruinen schnorcheln) und essen gehen (Eco-Farm Athina). ------------- A spacious, very well equipped holiday villa with a wonderful sea panorama. Everything is as described and illustrated. The villa, the pool and the garden are clean and maintained, a caretaker looks after the house daily and empties the garbage. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave, hob etc., enough crockery and utensils for a large family). WLAN works perfectly, DVD player available and the very extensive DVD collection of the landlord may be used. The landlord Stewart lives temporarily in the apartment underneath and can be contacted if needed. He is very helpful and kind, he even fills your fridge before your arrival. Palea-Pidavros is a very nice little place with good shopping possibilities, several beautiful beaches and many beautiful tavernas. Also strategically located for excursions to various excavations. A top address! Tip: in Pal. Epidavros visit the Taverna at the beach near the "Sunken City" and swim there (snorkel over sunken ruins) and eat (Eco-Farm Athina).

We had a very great stay at Villa Aspro. Despite the extreme heat outside it was good inside. The view is really awesome. We were with 6 and a baby and we had plenty of room for all of us. We were warmly received by the owners and they welcomed us with fresh fruit and drinks. If you go in summertime when it's hot, you need a car. The beaches are nearby and also many restaurants. If you want to eat something delicious: order the imam baildi. We were here during the Epidaurusfestival and we went to see a play at the ancient theatre. Quite an experience! Tip: don't trust the map apps, they send you the last bit on a non-existent road. Follow the Nik Ptidi road until Hotel Angelica Villas, turn right up the road, after the first road on the right take the 2nd exit, which looks like a driveway, but leads to Villa Aspro. This is the 3rd villa next to Villa Balmour

This was an amazing villa in a stunning elevated location overlooking the beach in Epidauros. The villa is spacious with a large open plan living area and large balconies on two levels at the front. There are three air conditioned bedrooms, two en suite and one with a bathroom next door to it. It was not particularly easy to find at first and access is up an incredibly steep 250m rough concrete track. This would present challenges to anybody with the slightest mobility issues. A car is essential. The upstairs balcony off the 2 bedrooms was not particularly clean and needs some work to remove the bird and bat droppings. That said, the main balcony is where you spend the most of your time. This was cleaner and had a dining area and a comfortable seating area. Great for early morning sunrises or late evening stargazing. There is also a private pool. The (British) host lives in a separate apartment below. He was very responsive to contact (I broke a tap in the shower and it was immediately replaced). The area is beautiful with lots of cultural and sightseeing things nearby. The local beach is at the bottom of the hill. It is a narrow pebbly beach well served with beach bars, restaurants and sunbeds. The swimming is lovely and good for children. There are even underwater archaeological remains (a roman villa) to explore. Overall, we we would recommend this property. It was only a bit of tidying and cleaning that stopped it being 5 stars all the way.

This is a great villa with spectacular and compelling views. Lots of space with multiple bathrooms and a lovely pool which we used extensively. We enjoyed the local food and there are plenty of very reasonable restaurants and bars. We appreciated Stewart's help throughout the week of our holiday - especially when we arrived as we were very late! The welcome package of essential food and drink was also a lovely touch.

Beautiful house with great views from the balconies over the bay. All you need is available, although some pool toys would have been nice. Excellent AC in the living room and bedrooms was very welcome in +35°C temperatures. Stewart was very helpful.

We were a group of 5 adults . We had plenty of space and the house had huge balconies overlooking the bay which were great to sit on for meals and see the bay. The beach was a 10 minute walk ( down quite a steep hill but we had no problems ). You could also easily drive and park at the beach too for free. The beach was narrow but excellent with free sun loungers and beach cafes. We saw turtles whilst snorkelling. The ancient amphitheatre was a good visit and not far. Nafplio was also a good visit with the fortress and a very pretty town. Stewart was very welcoming and helpful if we needed anything. The pool was very welcome and we used it a lot . The photo looks as if the pool is by a road, but actually it's only the driveway and above it there are only olive trees on a hill so it's very private except for next door.

The rental process was straightforward and our queries were answered very swiftly. Our arrival was extremely late, but the owner kindly stayed up to greet us and show us round the property. The large terrace off the lounge area was perfect for eating lunch under the shade of the parasol, an early evening drink and just to sit entranced by the beautiful setting of the property. We enjoyed shady breakfasts by the pool at the back of the property, followed by sunbathing and family ball games cooling off in the pool. Afternoons involved a short walk down the narrow, fairly steep road to a lovely , quiet beach. There was always natural shade available by the afternoon for those who needed it. The water was clear and fun for snorkeling and cooling off. Evenings were spent eating out in Epidavros, where we mostly favoured the waterside restaurants, Mike's in particular. Argous was another favourite taverna just a few minutes from the sea. Loved our stay here and are keen to return.

This is a very nice spot with a lovely view and plenty of space and the property owner equipped the fridge very generously for our arrival. A few improvements would make it perfect: our arrival was hampered by the previous tenants staying on into the afternoon. When we arrived at the agreed time the cleaning process wasn't over and so we weren't adequately provided with things like sheets and towels until the next day. This situation could have been avoided if there had been a few more duplicate sets of linen. Also all the warm and hot water had been used up. Even lukewarm water would have been okay but none of that either. On subsequent days there was plenty however. In general Stewart and Frederica were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much, we had a lovely holiday.

Après l'ascension de la petite route très raide jusqu'à la villa, on profite d'une vue magnifique sur la mer et les îles depuis les terrasses. Mais une fois passé l'effet "wahou", on se rend compte que la maison n'est pas propre et manque cruellement d'entretien. A notre arrivée il y a du linge dans la machine et on trouve de la nourriture entamée dans le réfrigérateur. Ce dernier n'avait d'ailleurs pas été nettoyé depuis très longtemps (intérieur comme extérieur). Le doute s'installe alors et nous refaisons un tour de la maison (moins rapide qu'avec le propriétaire) : sols poussiéreux, placards de cuisine sales, toutes les poignées de porte collantes, toilettes non nettoyées, traces de calcaire partout dans les salles de bain, miroirs tellement sales qu'on ne se voit plus dedans... Bref s'en était trop nous rappelons le propriétaire qui refuse d'admettre que l'état de la villa n'est pas convenable et de faire appel à quelqu'un pour le nettoyage (personne dispo an août soit disant). Je ne détaillerais pas le comportement agressif de son ex-femme (qui a visiblement occupé le logement jusqu'à notre arrivée) au point que les enfants ont préféré aller se réfugier dans la voiture... Nous sommes à 2 doigts de repartir mais un dimanche à 18h avec 2 enfants nous sommes coincés! Nous nous sommes donc lancés dans 3h de ménage (principalement sols, cuisine et salles de bains) sans aucune compensation avant de pouvoir profiter de nos vacances. Que l'équipement soit un peu vétuste passe mais le manque de propreté et d'entretien est inacceptable. A notre avis doivent être fait : un grand nettoyage d'urgence puis ménage par quelqu'un de compétant entre chaque locataire, une remise en état des salles de bains, un ajout de mobilier sur les grandes terrasses vides, le réapprovisionnement en vaisselle et produits d'entretiens... quitte à augmenter un peu le tarif de location. Un point positif tout de même, quelqu'un vient s'occuper de la piscine, il n'y donc aucun problème de ce côté. En résumé : une grande villa, bien placée, avec une vue splendide mais qui vieilli mal par manque de sérieux dans son entretien.

Excellent accueil de Stewart et de sa femme. Vue extraordinaire sur la mer, maison agréable, chambres agréables, matelas peut-être un peu dur, Netflix, dvd, cd très nombreux, terrasses des 2 côtés de la maison. Proximité de nombreux sites touristiques.! Voiture nécessaire.

Een heerlijk verblijf! Zeer hartelijk welkom geheten door onze gastheer en gastvrouw en door hen enorm verwend met een volle koelkast, fruit en wijn bij aankomst. Ze waren goed bereikbaar en hebben ons goed geholpen tijdens ons verblijf. Het was even klimmen (steile, verharde weg) de heuvel op met een vol bepakte auto, maar het resultaat was een geweldig uitzicht over de baai. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke schone, ruime en koele huis. Goed geslapen met goede bedden en op elke slaapkamer airco. Het privézwembad is goed onderhouden en was perfect op de hete dagen. Strand en restaurantjes aan het strand liggen op loopafstand, maar het is ook heel leuk om een paar minuten te rijden en te gaan eten in de gezellige haven van Pallaia Epidavros. Voor onze tieners was er goede wifi en als entertainment een dvd-speler en een kast vol met films. De omgeving is prachtig: natuurlijk diverse mooie strandjes, snorkelen, kanovaren en suppen op zee, het amfitheater van Epidavros en andere opgravingen dichtbij en de mooie stad Nafplion op 40 auto minuten goed bereikbaar. We hebben een heel fijne week gehad, een echte aanrader!

It was my first time in Greece and it was the worst holidays in my life because of the flat. We were 2 families ( one with 2 kids) and decided to rent Stewart flat because of the size – its big. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and the flat should be already cleaned but what we saw was only one big crap: dirty windows, dirty floor inside and on the terrace, dirty toaster and grill, old stuff in refrigerator, spoiled vegetables in kitchen cabinets and even dead insects in kitchen cabinets, sticky railing on the stairs to the top. The same story in bedrooms and bathrooms (for example, dirty mirrors)… we didn’t have even pillow cases and in the bathrooms there were white traces of detergent left on the taps -> someone just doused the taps with cleaner and didn't clean them. We didn’t wait long and asked Stewart to come to us ( he lives in a basement of this house). We the owner to order some professional people to clean the flat because we are supposed to spent there one week .. he answered that is impossible because now is the peak of the season and there is no cleaning people available. Being irritated he added that if we are unhappy with the standard of the flat we can resign and find new place…. I swear, in the evening I was looking for new flat on line but it was impossible to find something in the area for 2 families with kids. So we stayed and spent whole Saturday on cleaning this flat and making it available to live. On the second day the front door handle just stayed in my hand ... it broken down and inside there were old traces of glue ... In sum – we are traveling a lot, we are people over 40 years old and I swear never ever before we had such a bad experience with a rented apartment. We feel just cheated!!! This house is a big mess and dirt!!! I definitely do not recommend this apartment for your holidays! Angelika

A wonderful property in a wonderful location. The views across the sea and into Epidavros, day & night, were stunning and even better than the pictures could capture. The property was perfect for us as a family and very clean and well designed. Stewart was helpful both before and during our stay and provided a lovely 'welcome pack' of fruit, salad, wine amongst other things which is the best I have ever been provided. The area is lovely with the close by beaches and the port of Epidavros near by. It is not a heavy tourist area, obviously quieter than normal this year, but was just perfect. Overall a wonderful holiday and highly recommended. Ian & family

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette location. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Elle est grande et bien équipée. La piscine est très bien aussi. La vue sur la mer est spectaculaire. Le propriétaire est gentil et accueillant. Il habite en dessous mais reste très discret. Bref, une excellente adresse.
