Der offene Wohn- / Küchenbereich in diesem Rancher hat gewölbte Decken, viele Fenster und grenzt an den Pool. Die Anlage ist für jedermann leicht zugänglich, hat keine Treppen und ist ein perfekter Ort, an dem sich alle zusammen aufhalten können, ohne sich eingeengt zu fühlen. Cozy home with heated pool in the dessert

The house was as nice as described. The location is convinient and there is a large Walmart in short distance as well as a few restaurants and gas station. That makes it a good place to explore the larger Phoenix area. The heated pool was a nice treat especially after a hot day in the sun. it was a quiet place - no noisy neighbors. The garage was great for the rental car to keep the temperatures at a acceptable limit. All in all a place to come back.

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung/great House in quiet Location

Replace worn out everything

Sectional no longer reclines and uncomfortable to sit on, living room carpet disgusting, several plug ins (fire hazard) loose and don’t hold the plugs in. Beds had thrown together frames and made noise every time you moved. Pillows not comfortable. Fire table furniture had torn covers and worn out cushions. Not comfortable at all. Pool cover retractor not in working condition so someone had to come take the dirty cover off. Bbq was disgusting and someone had to come clean so we could use it. Neighborhood was not well kept and not attractive. Neighbors dogs barked every time we were outside. All in all first impression was disappointing and did not reflect the posting on VRBO.

Nice place top stay. Enjoyed the heated pool. It was surface clean and very well stocked with new towels and comfortable beds. It could use some cleaning and updating of the pool area and replacement of indoor and outdoor rugs to make it feel more clean and appealing. It could use a deep clean - such as baseboards and woodwork. The neighborhood was OK, thought it was in Surprise, but was actually in an older area of El Mirage.

Winter Getaway

3 bedroom house was great since we had my wife and I, our adult son and our daughter and her husband. Everyone got a bed to sleep on and we had more room then staying in a hotel. The heated pool was nice since the weather was only in the 60's. Will look to book this property again the next time we are in the area.

Pleasant, easy stay!

Spacious, clean, easy no-key entry, not luxury accommodations/amenities but had all the necessities and no problems, just 10 minutes drive to visit (grand)parents in Sun City and about 20 minutes to hiking trails in White Tank Mountain regional park. We unfortunately didn't have a chance to use the pool or outdoor fire. The street was a bit busy to navigate (maybe because of the holidays, lots of cars were parked on the street in front of neighbors and this house) and no food/coffee/etc. within a short walk as it's in a residential area, but many options available within a short drive.

The description of this property was on point. It was homey and comfortable. The owner was easy to get a hold off even at 10 pm. Exceeded my expectations for sure. All our family needs were met. We enjoy the heated pool every day.

Great location for our family

Location is very important, and subjective. It was great for us. Very close to my parents (reason for visit). Close to easy food and walmart. Pool was heated and very comfortable, but the air temp was cool, so as long as you stay under the water you are warm. Get that wet body out and the wind makes it a bit chilly. Having the garage availble to use and park in was great. The house was clean, but somewhat not provisioned like i expected. Not enough to lower the rating, but was lacking toilet paper, laundry soap, other kithcen items, etc... these things should not take away from the positives, just for awareness. I would stay here again.

Comfortable Visit

Property was as advertised, clean comfortable and with everything needed. The neighborhood looked busy but there was not any noise that bothered us, indoor or enjoying the pool. The garage is a great benefit helping to keep the car our of the heat. The pool and pool toys made the Phoenix heat bearable. Overall a great experience and we shall going back on our next visit to the area.

Great pool and patio

Really enjoyed our stay, home is as pictured. The pool was just what we were looking for and we were in it and enjoying the sun everyday of our stay. Really appreciated not having an extra fee for heating the pool as many of the other homes we looked at did. Having access to the garage was also really nice. The house was a little dusty with dust bunnies in the corners, but that could be part of being in the middle of a desert. We needed help with the tv/cable and Sasha was super responsive. Some directions/tips left with the remote would be helpful. Overall great stay.

Nice Home with great pool

Sasha was a great host and answered all questions very quickly! The home was clean and poolside was a treat. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils and gadgets for home cooked meals. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Home was spacious for our needs. Would stay again in the future as was close by to friends living in area fulltime.

Nice house

The house is spacious and nicely decorated; the yard in front is well landscaped with a desert theme. The neighborhood is pleasant and the streets are quiet, though the very frequent jets overhead from the nearby air base were pretty loud. Walmart is very close for shopping. Unfortunately we were there during a cold snap, and even though the pool is heated, it was not warm enough to be appealing at those temperatures; particularly since the pool gets almost no direct sunlight in January, when we were there. We tried the fire table also, briefly, but it was still too cold to enjoy the time outside. There is a waterfall/pool in the corner of the backyard which was not operating and looked unappealing. But overall, the house was good! There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room to spread out.

We would rate this place an overall “ok”. Could use a deep clean, maybe updated towels, etc. Never used the pool as couldn’t get the temp above 75. Sasha was super-responsive when we had issues with the TV, & had his handyman come by & get us up & running.

El Mirage 3*

Spacious and well equipped home. Good value for most visitors to the greater Phoenix area. However, this home is not being very well maintained on behalf of guests or the home's out of country owners. Furniture, bedding, lighting, pool cover, and window shades were in poor shape if not in disrepair. It's a home in need of real TLC, not just sweeping and cleaning.

Spacious and welcoming place!

Lots of space, great kitchen and cozy atmosphere. It was pretty chilly when we were there (even for January) but still a perfect getaway from winter temps in Chicago :) Thanks for a pleasant stay!
