„We came to New York for very sad circumstances. To bury a loved one. We left New York one of the best experiences as a family having the space and the comfort and the luxury that we deserved in such time. It was a wonderful day. It is nestled in the heart of the city close to the park close to all shopping close to food. It’s one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had at any hospitality home/hotel. I’m grateful and I will stay again.“

„We had a wonderful week in NY, and the apartment definitely contributed to that. The location is perfect. It has great potential but could use a bit more care. Ideally, it's best for a maximum of 3 people to stay, not 4. But thank you anyway.“

„A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor.“

„Thank you so much for hosting our family of 6 at your spacious apartment. Directions to the location were accurate and helpful, we had no issues accessing. We were amazed at how clean everything was and thankful for how much room we had, it really helped with our group size. We loved the location, easy access to groceries, late night pizza and the subway which was our gateway to the city. “

„The unit worked for our visit. But the space isn't as warm as the photos suggest. For example, unlike the photos there are no area rugs in the rooms or throw pillows on the sofa. The rooms are very sparsely decorated. The ceiling is peeling in the shower; some of the electric outlets don't work. In the kitchen, there were 3 coffee makers but no extra trash bags. So, while it was fine, it definitely lacked some finesse that one would expect at this price“

„Great location, walkable, safe and spacious. Host is very easy and quick to communicate.Communication can be improved on a few areas- no pull out coach as described. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again!“
