„Hotel website stated they had a breakfast buffet but it was not available. They were short staffed and it took forever to receive utensils, a menu, and never had Hot coffee. The staff made it known to everyone that they only had one cook and it would be over 45 minutes before you would receive your food. Management needs to do a better job at managing staffing needs when you are running a large hotel.“

„We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping.
