„Obwohl wir via Expedia einen barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht haben, musste wir etliche Treppen und Türen überwinden.Es gab kein Aufzug, viel zu wenig Parkplätze. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht um 15Uhr sondern erst viel später erhalten, weil sie nicht mit dem Reinigen der Zimmer fertig wurden. Unser Zimmer war dunkel und stank, die Möbel waren verdreckt und ramponiert. Direkt vor unserem Schlafzimmer waren etliche Klimaanlagenventilatoren und - noch schlimmer - eine Basketballanlage. „I need a cheap place to stay for the Carmel Marathon and this served that purpose. But it is pretty basic. Outdated and there was a hole in the bathroom door and peeling cabinets. After some loudness around 10:30-11pm I had a good night's sleep. There was also a $2 utility charge and a $50 deposit which I don't recall being listed on Expedia. Budget motel that served its purpose.“

„This Drury Plaza has a very accessable location just north of Indy. Our suite was large and the bathroom was great with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet with a door. We enjoyed a free dinner and breakfast while there, and both were fresh with a wide variety options. They have a large free parking lot, and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The only con I have is that the the furnishings need an update.“

„The noise on shadeland was too loud. It was kids week there. Kids were playing in the hallway at 3am this morning. Had to call security. They took care of it. The beds are not comfortable. My back and sides have hurt for 3 days.“

„Terrible housekeeping service. We were there for three days but we never got fresh bed sheets. At one point, I passed by the front desk and asked for housekeeping service, unfortunately, whoever made the beds used the same sheets that we had used the previous two nights. When it comes to staff, I think they only have one person covering the front desk and preparing breakfast, quite an inconvenience. I went to the desk to talk to him, but I saw he was busy getting breakfast together that I had ...
