„Writing the review with the understanding this is a budget motel. It had a good customer rating so I thought I'd try it. Location is in a fairly run-down area right off the interstate exit. Lobby is very small, front desk window is thick plexiglass with a tiny hole to stick your card under, like a sketchy convenience store. Doesn't give a great first impression. Room had a damp smell but had been updated recently. The sheets were clean, however there was hair present in the shower and dirt/dust ...

„The room was top notch. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure!“

They changed one of our rooms to a king and made to call management to fix and change it back, second room information was never updated, told the other party members who arrived hours before myself that their room doesn't exist. Had to spend an hour on the phone trying to fix the problem and $900 extra dollars on booking a new hotel for the rest of out party because they were sold out. Left ...

„Breakfast hours end a bit early for west coasters and the food was average (not a problem though). Not the most comfortable mattress but we slept OK. Elevator old and slow. Pool closed last of the time for maintenance. Pretty good value overall, which was what we wanted for a four night stay.“

„Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings. „We were very disappointed in the condition of this property. The check-in clerk tried to charge me twice for the stay. The room smelled like cigarettes and we found a wash cloth stuffed over the smoke detector. The tub in the bathroom had calk missing and what appears to be black mold. There was no exhaust fan on the bathroom. The refrigerator was not working and appeared to be unplugged. Although the floor appeared clean, our shoes squeaked like it was sticky.
