Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols.....
I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. The person I spoke with was kind but tiffany was on the phone yelling in the lobby "I never swore at them.." my group immediately did not want to stay here. After getting the keys we gave it a chance... I didn't even set my things down in the room it was so bad I turned around came back down to say we couldn't stay in the smoke. I took 20 mins to gather all 10 people and their belonging to regroup and find a new hotel as there were no solutions the hotel was giving us. As we are leaving tiffany yells at us from behind the counter that we are going to be charged because its our fault that we cant stay......The only thing that the hotel was useful for was getting use of the lobby bathroom upon arrival as it took 15 mins to get checked in. Tiffany charged us for 1 night and refused to have a conversation or speak like a person.
This place is is discusting and she should be fired.
