Green Valley

About this space
The 29-acre private land in which our house is located is in a forest valley with a wonderful nature. The stream flowing through the forest right next to the house offers a unique environment where you can be completely isolated from the world in privacy with oak and plane trees and hazelnut gardens. The specially designed infinity pool of 200 cubic meters is one of the most striking details of the house. (The swimming pool will be operational between 23.04. - 01.11.).
The space
The house has two living rooms (one on the ground floor and the other in the attic) and four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms. In the attic living room there is also a single bed and a child’s bed. The attic can also be used as an exercise studio or as a playroom when the garden is not suitable for such activities due to the weather.

Domestic staff who maintain the property live in the annex, which is attached to the property on the opposite side of the guest entrance. They have their separate garden and their own entrance from the street so they will only enter the space dedicated for guests for daily pool maintenance or if guests need help with the barbecue etc.
Guest access
The house, swimming pool and the entire 29 acres of land will be for the sole use of our guests. Nobody will enter the property without the knowledge of our guests.

We give our guests maximum possible flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out. As long as you are the only guest that day check-in can be done anytime from early morning to midnight, and check-out can be done before sunset. If there’s another guest arriving/leaving that day, the house cleaning staff will enter the house at 10am and checking out guests can use the garden and pool until 1PM.
Other things to note
Our house has 2 guest toilets and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Guests staying outside of the three rooms with en-suite bathrooms will also need to use one of the bathrooms in these three rooms to bathe.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a garage with windows and a door opening directly into the house. Our guests who want to bring their pets with them can use this room. Pets are not permitted in other indoor areas of the house.

Heating of the house is provided by a thermostat controlled central heating system connected to a fully automatic pellet boiler. Wood pellet is an environmentally friendly and carbon neutral fuel since it is not a fossil fuel such as coal or natural gas. Except winter season, hot water is provided by solar energy. There is also a generator that automatically switches on in case of a possible power failure.

All operations related to heating, pool and all other installations will be done by our staff. If you have a need or encounter a problem in this regard, please let us know and we will intervene immediately.
