„The room was clean and conveniently located near Caracol Beach and Plaza.“

„We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beach is right outside the pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.“

„Great condo and great location. Staff was always available for any need you might have and you are only steps away from the beach. I will stay here again. Just bring your own shower supplies as there were none in the condo“

„Good: Very Clean, Very nice condo, great location, good beds and furniture. Not so good: Beach View obstructed by trees and buildings, 4th floor unit with no elevator. No Washer, dryer or dishwasher. water not always hot. Internet slow.Overall a very nice condo in a great location.“

„This was a stay of a lifetime. The host was incredible. The condo was perfect and had everything. The location - unbeatable. The island? Magic!!! The food, the drinks, the water, the host golf cart. We are going to come back again and again and again! Thank you for such a beautiful stay.“

„It’s literally steps from the pool and ocean on the quieter end of Playa Norte. We felt very safe on the property (in fact everywhere on Isla) and everyone was so friendly. “

„We had no water pressure/ hot water. We was suppose to be in an apartment. We were put in a standard room. Commode kept stopping up. The food at the hotel was not that good and over priced.“

„Excellent communication from the host. Place need to updated. Water leak at the main bathroom “

„Great place especially for the price“

„The pictures are 100% accurate of the property. Hector is a great host, communicates in a timely matter. It met all of our needs would highly recommend this place. We used the bus to go shopping, restaurants and supermarket. The bus cost 12 pesos each way never a problem getting around. Can’t think of one thing I did not like about this property.“

„Todo muy bien, pero un poco descuidadas las instalaciones, una llave de agua de la cocina al abrirla no podías cerrarla, una luz no podías apagarla sin apagar el ventilador, por el precio y ubicación se entiende, pero ojalá pudiera mejorar“
