„Everyone at Hotel Polaris was super nice, and welcoming. Anything we needed they made sure we got what it was. The rooms are super nice, and housekeeping was super thorough and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurants were fantastic, and there were many to choose from. The only thing I am disappointed about is that there are not multiple locations. I would stay here a million more times.“

„Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Zimmers, auch mit einem Kamin waren hervorragend. Jedoch hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Holzverbindungstür, wir konnten den lauten Fernseher und die Zimmernachbarn sprechen hören. Auch waren wir im Erdgeschoss, was zur Folge hatte, dass die Leute im Zimmer über uns sehr laut im Zimmer hin und her gelaufen sind. Das Hotel und die Anlage waren super. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass das Dampfbad in der Männerumkleide nur an einem Tag funktioniert hat, in der ...

„Breakfast was simple but good, staff was amazing. The room was big the but was excellent only the shower should use some update, water took long to heat up and pressure could be better but nothing that couldn’t be fixed easy to make it above and beyond for the hotel. View from our room on to the mountains was amazing as well.“

„Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.“

„I personally wouldn’t stay there again. No ice machine and the fridge in the room didn’t make enough ice to even fill our cups to have cold drinks. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to go by a mattress topper and even that didn’t help. Couldn’t get the room cool enough to be comfortable. The noise from the room above us and beside us was too much to deal with. I’m sure it was kids jumping and yelling but I shouldn’t have heard that to all hours of the night.“
