„No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.“

„We (my husband and I and grown children and grandchildren) came to visit my son who lives in Colorado Springs. We found the house to have plenty of room and lots for the children (ages 5-14) to do. The property feels like you’re in the country, but it’s 5 minutes to grocery stores and gas station, etc. We cooked in a lot since there were so many of us and while the kitchen wasn’t equipped with everything I would have, it was well stocked for a VRBO and we were fine. „We were 5 families total. We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool! “

„We checked in on July 1-3 in Colorado Springs to visit North of Colorado as we have family in Trinidad. Stayed in Springs and visited several cities we even attended a Rockies game which was amazing thou we didn't get a W, just the experience was awesome. We really enjoyed the charming home and the neighbors upstairs. Her cooking smelled amazing and missed cooking home cooked meals for the week. We were on the go, go Thank you for the hospitality The DeLuna- Arguello family. “

„It was the easiest vrbo experience. Check-in and check-out was so simple and easy. You can just show up straight to the vrbo, no need to pick up and drop off a key. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The backyard was great. It’s about 20 minutes away from a really fun downtown area. The vrbo owners were incredibly kind. „The small apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a toddler. The location made it easy to visit the Springs, USAFA and all the touristy Pikes Peak stuff. Communication was excellent!“

„We enjoyed the house. Quiet neighborhood close to a park. Great for our kids. Responsive host. Enjoyed the hot tub and that you could see the tops of the mountain from the deck. Hiking in Garden of the Gods was our favorite and this house was in great proximity to that location. “

"Super Nice stay, very big and clean rooms, awesome bathrooms, very nice restaurant with amazing view, big parking lot for self parking but also free valet, staff is super friendly. If you have a room with garden you have wild deer and rabbits on the lawn in the morning. Absolutely nice hotel"

"Die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Pool sehr angenehm. Alle Angestellten sind uns äußerst freundlich begegnet. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut mit "cook to order" - in diesem schönen Ambiente hätten wir uns allerdings richtiges Geschirr gewünscht. Ein paar Einschränkungen gab es: im Zimmer war die Internetverbindung nicht gut. Der Schreibtisch hat sehr gewackelt, was allerdings noch am selben Tag repariert wurde, nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten. Vor dem Zimmer war eine Lampe so defekt, dass sie ständig laut gesummt hat. Im Schlafbereich hat man das zwar nicht gehört - aber es hätte bei der Zimmerkontrolle auffallen müssen. So hatte man den Eindruck, dass nicht sehr sorgfältig auf die Instandhaltung geachtet wurde - das ließe sich verbessern. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."
