“The Crash Pad,” hosted by Byers & Harvey is a thoughtfully designed three-story duplex that offers flexible options for any occasion. This listing includes a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit and a lit rooftop terrace that offers skyline views of the city. There is another half-bath on the top floor that is shared with the building. The ground level and concrete park area is being rented by a local business.

GUEST ACCESS:
We have a designated parking area directly in front the building and an overflow gravel lot located to the left as well. The left door behind the building is the primary access point. We have a system of smartlocks on all entryways, so there's no need to worry about losing keys during your stay! You will receive a custom door code within 72 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies that you can contact via phone, email, or direct messaging.

• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. • Check-in is after 4:00 pm.
• Check-out is before 10:00 am.
• This unit is NOT pet-friendly. If you would like to bring your dog with you, let us know and we can direct you to one of our dog-friendly units.
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside.
