The staff was very very accommodating during our stay, we got in late and they made the check in process so easy when we were tired and stressed.
That being said, the hotel is right off the highway and incredibly loud. There is no sound proofing in the rooms at all it felt like. The rooms also felt very damp, and they had notices everywhere that the sprinkler and fire systems weren’t working, so maybe there was a leak in the system making the hotel very humid. The bed felt wet and like we were sleeping on a 30 year old mattress. Unfortunately will not be booking again, and was upset that the reviews were good for the hotel when I felt like it was very misleading.
