„The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! Staff would constantly lock lobby to go outside and smoke for hours! When asked for wifi code the GM was rude , unprofessional and said I could not extend my stay for being combative although 8 literally was just asking for a wifi code lol“

„My husband and I absolutely loved being at a house instead of a hotel. We appreciate it the hardwood flooring. I loved the bathroom the colors! Cons: Direct communication with host was lacking. Everything from host was automated but I did not get responses to a message sent on check in day. An email in reply was kicked back as undeliverable.
