Guest Access:
- You will have the entire house to yourself, including the private backyard and patio. Guests have access to the main front door via a smart lock, with the code provided on the day of arrival. Driveway fits single vehicle but limited street parking is available.

Interaction with guests:
- We value your privacy and space, so check-in and check-out are entirely automated using a secure keypad. While we won't be on-site, we are available each day between the hours of 8am and 8pm to answer any questions or help you navigate the Clarksville area.

Smoking & Vaping Policy:
- 100% Marijuana-Free: The use, growth, or preparation of marijuana/cannabis (including medical marijuana) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors.
- Indoor Areas: No smoking or vaping of any substance (including cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes) is allowed inside the home.
- Outdoor Areas: Smoking of cigarettes and cigars is permitted outdoors only. Guests must clean up all debris prior to checkout.
- Odor Rule: Guests must ensure that no smoke odor is brought inside the house.
(violations result in a $250 cleaning fee)

House Rules:
- No parties or events.
- Our property accommodates a maximum of 6 overnight guests, with a strict limit of 10 total people on-site at any time (including daytime visitors). Exceeding 10 guests during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without a refund. Additionally, if the extra occupants necessitate excessive cleaning, a $100 fee will be charged.
- No pets.
- The primary renter is 21+ with a verified government ID
- Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Please, no wipes (even “flushable" ones), feminine products, or paper towels, as these cause severe blockages. A trash bin is provided in the bathroom for all other items. Guests may be held financially responsible for any plumbing blockages or damage caused by flushing prohibited items.

Check in:
- Check In: 3:00 PM
- Guests will receive a key code and detailed check- in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.

Check out Times & Late Fees
- Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning crew adheres to a tight schedule to prepare the home for our next guests. An unapproved late check-out will result in a fee of $25 for every hour (or fraction of an hour) past 10:00 AM.
- Checkout Instructions will be left on the fridge for easy reference.
- Clarksville operates on Central Standard Time (CST)
