„Within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do. (Less than a mile.) We also loved being on the river and seeing the groundhogs everyday. The condo itself was clean and comfy, however the sofa needs to be replaced. It’s broken on one side. The dip in the hallway near the bathroom is also a trip hazard as one other reviewer mentioned. It can easily be stepped over, but will catch you off guard if you’re not careful. It also includes everything needed to cook full meals if ...

„The property is gated, and includes parking in the gated area. The unit was beautiful and clean! We had a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Broadway, always felt safe. Communication with the host was great. My daughter and I came back late one night and received a low battery message on the check in pad to our unit. We messaged the host and he was there the next day to replace the battery and asked if there was anything else we needed. We had a wonderful stay!“

„Absolutely loved this stay! Everything was clean and looked new. The location was perfect for a relatively short walk to broadway (also super close to the food market which we loved). Other reviews made mention of the trains coming through as a distraction, but they didn’t bother us at all. Host was communicative and helpful, would absolutely stay here again. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer as we had to move on to another city on our vacation. “

„The condo is located approximately 8 minutes on foot from the main strip on a quiet street. We happened to have loud construction right outside our window during the weekday mornings (that's why I put 4 stars for accuracy - I don't think our host knew). The place is beautifully decorated, a great size, super clean and has all necessary amenities. Amanda was an outstanding host! Checking in and out were seamless. We will definitely rent it again when we are back in Nashville!“
