„Dated furniture and rugs. Funny smell likely due to high humidity environment. Room AC's could not make the unit comfortable. Master bed broke; service to repair was expedient but inconvenient. Master bath TP roller broken. Adirondack chair broken; only had one for two people. EXCELLENT LOCATION. Also there was a family with LOUD children running and stomping above us but they did stop by quiet hour (10P). OK place but too much money for what we got.“

„Amazing place and great location. The house had everything we’ve ever needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have more coffee cups. There were six of us and only 4 cups. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.“

„Overall a great stay. Clear and timely communication from the host, clean house, great location. It felt secluded while also being close to everything. The main downside to me was that the street coming off the house did not have a sidewalk on Franklin road, which is a very busy road. It’s got a very narrow shoulder of the road for about 20-30 yards which was not optimal for pushing my child in a stroller. The shoulder then gets wider for another 50 yards or so until you reach a sidewalk. “Shops ...

„Everything was great“

„It was nice.“

„amazing stay “

„This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.“

„We loved our stay. The home had everything we needed for our family. The host was so receptive and communicative during our two weeks. Coffee on the deck was our favorite place to relax as well as the pool area!“

„Convenient to Nashville and Clarksville. In a commercial area off the interstate but a comfortable stay in a super clean townhome. More of a hotel feel than a home and that’s what we wanted!“

„We had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if we had a large group!!!“
