„The property was very clean and beautiful. Everything was as expected, no surprises. Bob was a sweetheart and made sure to greet us on arrival and stopped over the night before we left to say good bye. We loved coming back to the house after a full day of activities to relax and unwind. It was so peaceful. Added bonus for our teenage girls was Diamond, Bob's pet horse that lives on the property. „Everything about The Overlook was perfect! We were in town for our oldest grandson’s high school graduation and a mini-family reunion. „Property owners were very friendly and responded quickly to questions. House was very clean! The bedrooms are all upstairs and I didn’t ask that question when booking. (I will next time). The one bathroom is very small. The water smells like sulphur except on the facet in kitchen that was filtered. The GPS takes you to a locked gate that doesn’t go through to the property but Kelli was very quick to reply and even offered to come meet us. Overall a good experience! „This is a fantastic home in an extremely convenient part of Western South Dakota. While staying here we visited Devils Tower in Wyoming all the way to Rushmore and Custer State Park and the Badlands. All of these were short day trips from our home base in this historic house. We prepared most of our evening meals in this well appointed kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the vintage way this house is decorated. All in all an A+ to this VRBO“
