„We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.“

„Our family of 7 adults Visited Long Island for a family wedding. This VRBO was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean with lovely decor. Owner Kerry responded very quickly to inquiries. Location was ideal for travel between family events in Islip and at the nearby Three Village Inn in Stony Brook. It was a short drive to the Stony Brook hotel where other family members were staying. Highly recommend this VRBO! “

„We loved the location, but the home was loaded with spiders, most appliances did not work (dishwasher did not work, blender, toaster oven, the stove top only half worked) - plus the pots were scratched (and with Teflon not useable) The shower door was broken and would not close, the toilet paper roll holder had no dowel to hold roll, toilet seat very loose, door frames were chipped and dirty, hold in wall next the bed in room with bunkbeds, laundry closet had missing doors. “

Too many steps to access front door.Interior: very spacious; very clean; lots of beds and bedrooms; beautiful kitchen; several full bathrooms; on a chilly day, took too long to warm up; no clothes washer or dryer—-had to take laundry out; numbers rubbed off oven dials—- unreadable, making oven unusable.Overall rating “good” on positive points; no better because of downsides. Would probably not return unless I needed all ...

„We had a Fantastic time for our vacation weekend at the Crazy Coconut. The house is beautiful and everything is updated and brand new. The hosts were very friendly and so easy to communicate with. We hope to return many times and felt like welcomed guests as opposed to renters using the property. Highly recommend and Incredible view of the bay!“
