They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. „Katie was really good. She contacted me two weeks before we flew which gives me at ease. As soon as we arrived, she was there waiting for us. I only gave it 4 star because we clearly say we are 6 people but the apartment has only 2 queen size so other person has to sleep in the couch.“
