"This was such a wonderful hotel. There were small misshaps but this can happen anywhere. But every single staff member was so nice. Big thanks to the front office manager who went above and beyond. The beach is right across the street and the ocean view rooms are a dream come true. Only thing is that i wish the pool was warmer we only went once and it was so cold that we just prefered to walk to the beach. Oh and also great service from the restaurant team and the f&b manager it was wonderful to them and sharing tips about the city."

"Die Fusion Resor & Villas Da Nang sind unglaublich schön! Die 2-Room-Suite mit Pool ist einfach perfekt. Das Housekeeping machten einen klasse Job! Wunderschön eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem, was man brauchen könnte. Die komplette Anlage ist super sauber, das Personal immer freundlich! Wir hatten einige Tage ein krankes Kind und das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit, mitfühlend und hat alles getan, damit unser Aufenthalt trotzdem wunderschön wird. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und der Manager haben uns sehr geholfen und immer wieder nachgefragt, wie es geht. Ms. Hong, die Managerin des Restaurants hat uns super unterstützt und alle waren immer für uns da! Vielen Dank dafür! Das Frühstücksbuffett ist hervorragend. Es gibt alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Die Qualität der Speisen ist wunderbar und die Auswahl umwerfend! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!"

"We had an executive apartment. Two bedrooms and one living room, all really spacy, as well as two bathrooms. One shower wasn't hot all the time. The breakfast and especially the omelet was tasty. "

"Die Lage war gut und das Zimmer aber der Service schlecht weil Zuviel Gäste und der Lift hat ewig gebraucht! Man kam sich vor wie auf einem Bahnhof oder Kantine! Nicht empfehlenswert! Wir kommen nicht wieder! Pool war sehr schön!"
