„Absolute Katastrophe und menschen unwürdig. Selbst der Manager hat zugegeben, er wurde dort in diesem Zimmer nicht übernachten. Es gibt wohl zwei Kategorien, zum einen Keller Zimmer und „normale“ Zimmer. Wir haben eins im Keller bekommen, obwohl wir den normalen Preis bezahlt haben. Hier wird doch kein preislicher Unterschied gemacht oder die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Zimmer anders zu buchen. Es war alles so dreckig und man war quasi unterhalb der Straße untergebracht. „Bed sheets were extremely dirty. They had even blood stain on the sheets!! The room and the bathroom was dirty. Every furniture had scratches. There was no hair dryer at the room. We had to ask and wait for it. Once we got the hair dryer, it was sticky!! We really wanted to leave the hotel immediately, once we got the room. But it was already late at night , and it was new year. So it was impossible to find another place . It was the worst experience of our all east coast experience.“
