Dies könnte der beste Ort in Breck sein. Wir befinden uns mitten in der Stadt. Das Zentrum der Mainstreet ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schneeflockenbahn, die Gondelbahn Peak 8, der Zugang zu Peak 9, der Breck Free Ride Shuttle und das Blue River Plaza sind nur 1 bis 2 Häuserblocks entfernt. Stellen Sie Ihr Fahrzeug auf einem unserer reservierten Parkplätze ab und sorgen Sie sich nicht, dass Sie wieder einsteigen, bis es Zeit ist, nach Hause zu fahren.

Kommen Sie und entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die Berge in unserer frisch renovierten 2Br / 2 Bth 1144 sq ft Wohnung. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet Platz für 5 Personen mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Doppelstockbett und hat ein eigenes Bad. Das 2. Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 4 Personen mit 2 Queensize-Betten und einem eigenen Bad mit Dampfdusche. Ein komplettes Wäscheset befindet sich auch in diesem Bad. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 7 Personen am Tisch und 2 Personen an der Küchenzeile. Die Terrasse befindet sich 4 mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und enthält einen brandneuen Erdgas-Weber-Grill. Der geräumige Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 55 "-Flachbildschirm mit Sat-TV, WLAN, 2 bequemen Sofas und einem Gaskamin.
In der Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen, um eine komplette Mahlzeit für die ganze Familie zuzubereiten. Nach einem langen Ski- oder Wandertag können Sie in den hoteleigenen Whirlpools im Freien baden oder einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Gemeinschaftsbereich des Upper Village unternehmen und im beheizten Außenpool und den Whirlpools (außerhalb des Hotels) in der Village Rd spielen. Ein Skiraum im Freien befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür.

Just what we needed

Just as advertised. We chose for location and that worked out well. Shuttle stops are a short walk (5 mins or less) from the complex, and that gets you to gondola or Peak 9 base quickly. One morning when we missed the shuttle, we simply walked to the gondola (no prob in snowboard boots; wouldn't recommend in ski boots) Main St is an easy walking distance too, depending on temps and snow.

Excellent Location for Skiing and Shopping

We skied and shopped Main Street while staying at this property and both were very easily accessible. If you’re skiing take the Snowflake Lift in the morning and then take the 4 O’Clock run at the end of the day. You’ll miss all the traffic and lines!Ski storage was a nice feature right outside the front door.Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked.Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus and the tap water was fantastic!

We had a party of five and our stay was quite comfortable and was exactly what we needed. The condo was walking distance from the base of peaks 8 and 9 (only open peaks when we went) and to the center of town.

Comfortable space with well stocked kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer. Everything to make home like stay. Our only complaint is that beds in second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Recommend replacement. Otherwise perfect. Owner very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect Ski Condo

Phil’s condo is a perfect and comfortable spot for your ski vacation! The location couldn’t be better: cross the street for the quick shuttle to the base or cross the other way and you’re right downtown. The space is cozy for recovering after a long ski day and the the beds are very comfortable. Everything was super easy and Phil was great at communicating with us. Will definitely go back!

Jan 10th, 2024 ski trip

Condo was in great shape and location was ideal. We were able to walk a short distance to the bus stop that quickly takes you to the snowflake lift, and then used Four O'Clock run at the end of the day to get back. Communication with Phil was excellent. Only upgrade would be the two mattresses for the bunk bed. These really need to be replaced. The other 3 beds (all queens) are comfortable mattresses. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful Christmas at This Property!!

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably in this property. We had 5 adults and 3 teens and there was plenty of space for all of us. Phil was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any of our questions. The condo was the absolute best location, near the free ski shuttle and close to the snowflake run. You could easily ski down the 4 o'clock run at the end of the day and walk over to the condo! For those not skiing, it is the perfect location to visit main street without needing to drive!! It is just a few minutes to access the wonderful shops and restaurants. We visited the week before Christmas and left on Christmas day and the crowds were perfect!!! I would expect it would be much worse had we done the following week. All in all, we love the property and will book it again!

Amazing property and host

Phil's place is perfectly situated in town and he was the most attentive host! We had plenty of room for our family, the kitchen was well stocked and lots of well thought out touches. We spent a few weeks in Breck and it was truly a great experience! Plan on staying again when we go back!

This property served us well during our stay. The location was perfect. You could easily walk to Main Street and basically ski down to the condo using the Lower 4 O’Clock run. Management was friendly and responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly. If you’re up in the air, just book this place, you won’t regret it!

Great Place, Host and Location

Had a great trip for Family of 5. Phil was a great host and so easy to work with. Condo is just as nice as looks and very well stocked so we needed to bring nothing. Plenty of pillows, towels, kitchen supplies,, laundry supplies, etc. Location is easy 5 min walk to Main Street. Ski in is easy and just across the street when ski down almost to bottom of 4 o’clock run. Flat 3-5 min walk Ski out is about 5 -10 min walk up hill on 4 o’clock road to snow flake lift. Hill makes it a little harder but was doable for teenagers and all. May be harder for young kids but can be dropped off easy or free shuttle is right across the road. 2 whirlpools close by were hot and clean and had glass wind break wall around them which was nice. Agin highly recommend, and thanks to Phil for being so responsive and helpful.
