"We arrived by foot at the reception, because we have parked our car in a wrong parking lot. Because a festival was going on in the main square, the lady at reception upgraded our room and give us an inner courtyard facing one, with a terrace. The room was huge with very exquisite furniture and bath accessories, the room being a bedroom & living room combo. We have also got proper instruction, and discounted ticket to access the underground hotel parking. The only inconvenience was due to missing public directions to the hotel accessible parking lot, but this is understandable because of the current construction work. "

"Zur Durchfahrt ein spitzen Hotel, das Personal und der Service waren super Spitze und unglaublich Kinderfreundlich. Auch auf besondere Allergien, wie eine Glutenunverträglichkeit wurde direkt und mit guten Alternativen sowohl im Hauptrestaurant wie auch beim Frühstück eingegangen. Ein rund um klasse Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt Messenahe, was ein wenig an ein Industriegebiet erinnert, aber das war ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für eine schnelle Weiterfahrt nach Nord Italien. Gerne wieder und vielen Dank."
