This apartment is located on the ground floor of a cottage which is not far from the villa called Beach Front Bibbona. The cottage's upper floor is occupied by the staff's members of the villa. Anyway don't worry since the privacy is granted by Beach Front Cottage's private entrance door and its private garden with chairs and an outdoor dining area perfect for relaxation and alfresco meals. A private path leads through the pine tree grove to the beach. Here you will find a private cabana with 4 sunbeds, parasol and 4 bath towels. You can leave your beach equipment here during your stay as the cabana can be locked.

The strategic position of Bibbona and Marina di Bibbona offer a wide variety of landscapes: sandy beaches, pinewood forests, rolling hills and vineyards.
The famous wines of Sassicaia and Ornellaia come from the area of Bibbona and the surrounding hills. The origins of the town dates back to the 12th century, during the Etruscan period; traces of the fortified walls and the old castle can still be seen, as well as the old tower and the church of San Ilario (13th century). The historical centre is part of the old fortified area, with pebbly roads and of course a special atmosphere...
The ancient towns of Bolgheri, Guardistallo and Montescudaio are very the interesting places in the nearby.
The Michelin starred restaurant Gambero Rosso is located in San Vincenzo, only 20 Km away from the villa.

Perfect for a family composed by 5 or 6 people who wants to have a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan countryside.
The location is ideal since it's located in a pine tree grove just 200 meters from the sea and, at the same time, not far from a town full of life.
