The place itself was just fine for the price and location. Very close to the community pool. We found the cleanliness to be lacking. Overall it was fine in the regular places but in closets, high up, and corners had cobwebs. The washer and dryer seem to be 40 years-old and are very small. This place is managed corporately and feels like it. THey also requested that I send them a picture of the fron and back of my credit card. I told them no way and nearly canceled but then they got back to me saying it wasn't needed. That's a scam in active motion or at least very compromising to personal security. Enjoyed the fireplace and the jacuzzi very much

Chemicals in hot tub way off. Chlorine smell when lid was raised burned the eyes. After the lid was open for a bit it dissipated, but once the jets were on it came back worse and we could only stay in for a few minutes.

At first I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness, but I got past that and it turned out to be okay. One downside for me was the carpet, it should be replaced or get a deep cleaning. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but the size was perfect. The location of the house was fantastic, the hot tub was relaxing and overall it was very nice. We would definitely stay again

Cozy little cabin in the woods. It was the perfect size for us and our chocolate lab Bandon. Nice location along walking path. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the hosts. Easy check in and out

Great time in Sunriver

We had a great time at this property. The house is probably 40 years old and hasn’t been renovated, but it was in good working repair. We had 2 small issues and the property manager was there extremely quickly to fix it. The location was great. Less than a 5 min walk to the SHARC and only a mile to the village. The carpet probably could have used a vacuum but otherwise, the house was clean. It’s a little dark in the house, but you are supposed to be spending your time outside anyway. I would stay here again.

Don't stay in this cabin!!!

Extremely dirty and disgusting cabin. Pet hair all over the place including on the pillows and dishes. Toilet was wobbly faucets leaking. Hot water only for a person to shower at a time. Cobwebs on the walls.water damage in the bathroom ceiling.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay at this rental. It was very clean, including the hot tub (we've had bad experiences with other rentals in the past), well furnished, and the perfect distance from activities. It does feel much smaller in person, and the upper loft felt very precarious to reach. The only other criticism I have would be about the key. It was very difficult to lock and unlock the door; it had to be jiggled quite vigoursly to get it to work. That being said, the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed the SHARC passes as well as some bonus freebies that were included. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend you stay here too!

Cute little house

Unfortunately we only stayed one night. The house was great. It was actually bigger than we expected. We were not expecting the second bedroom with a king. The loft was a great secret "hideaway" for the kiddos. We enjoyed our stay. Management was great with communication and allowed us to check in early.

Very Cozy Place to Stay!

Been coming to Sunriver for over 4 decades. Our stay was Jan/2023 in the snow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home delivered a sense of Cozy! Ample supply of fresh cut wood. Quiet neighborhood. Only 1 issue to be resolved…Downstairs bedroom had zero heat coming from the forced air vent.

Peaceful getaway

This pole house is the perfect getaway rental in Sunriver. Conveniently located, a short walk to the Shark and mall. . Very clean, lots of room ( it will sleep 8) and the beds are very comfortable! Lots of dishes, kitchen accessories and towels. The clean hot tub was a bonus…. Didn’t know it had one! Firewood just outside the entrance for our fire. We will be back.

Wonderful Thanksgiving at #99!

We had an amazing time at #99 over Thanksgiving this year, and hope to return next year as we continue this new family tradition. The cabin had everything we needed - lots of cut firewood for warm fires, good kitchen enabling us to cook our dinners, great grill, and hot tub! Loved our morning walks to the Village for coffee as well! The only thing I would suggest (and the only reason I dinged a star on checkin) is to repair the light for the street # pole in the front of the property. We got there at 6:30pm and couldn't find the unit b/c the light that would've lit up #99 was out, and the only other sign I saw was one indicating units 17-30 were ahead.

Great spot in Sunriver

This was our second stay in Sunriver and this house was perfect. It’s close to the village, meadow, and activities. The hot tub was new and worked well, the kitchen was well equipped. This home has eveverything needed for a great stay in Sunriver.

“The house of the stinky dog”

The property management company was great to deal with. The hot tub was new and was great. The house was in serious need of some major updates. The carpets need to be either professionally cleaned or replaced. We nicknamed it “the house of the stinky dog.” I know it’s hard when you rent a house that has been utilized by people who own dogs, But it was pretty smelly. We have rented other homes in the past that didn’t seem to have this problem. We will not be renting this house again. The blinds need to be repaired or replaced as you were unable to completely close the living room blinds for privacy. This at one time I’m sure was a really nice home, but it needs some love and TLC to bring it back up to what it can be.
