"Hello, I checked into my hotel and was disappointed. I was charged $100 for the room key card for room 808. When I went to the room, there was a problem with the shower. They had forgotten to put in a protective cover, so the water was leaking. We also had two room key cards, but they didn't work, and a mechanic came to fix the shower handle. Upon returning from our vacation, we were told that if we handed in the room key card before 11:00 AM, they would refund the $100 after checking everything in room 808. I still haven't received my $100. Be careful, this hotel is a scam."
