„Sehr großes Luxushotel der Marriot Gruppe im vornehmen Stadtteil Bal Harbour. Strand direkt davor gut gereinigt und auch der Poolbereich ist im Topzustand. Große luxuriöse Zimmer mit sehr großem Balkon und Meerblick. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon schloss im oberen Bereich allerdings nicht mehr vollständig, auch im Bad gab es erste Rostränder am Spiegel; das ist man in Europa in dieser Preisklasse (> 600 EUR pro Nacht) nicht gewöhnt. „Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc. The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty. The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears.
