Cozy 4-Bedroom Cabin w/ Hot Tub + King Master Bed

Welcome to our cozy Pine View Cabin! As the name suggests, this adorable home is nestled among the pines on it's own fenced in acre of land near Bailey, CO. The two back decks offer private forest mountain views with a luxurious *HUGE* 6 person hot tub and a gas firepit essential to the cozy cabin experience! Located just 40 minutes SW of Denver, come escape the city life at our relaxing mountain retreat!


The space
The Pine View Cabin is a thoughtfully furnished 1,600 square-foot cabin with 4 bedrooms and one full bath.

Upstairs:
- The Master Bedroom has an ultra comfy Royal Puffy king sized mattress, a walk in closet, a small wood burning stove and it's own TV set with easy casting ability. It also has its own deck with great views of the mountains. This is a great place to sip coffee in the morning and try to catch a glimpse of the deer that frequently roam our neighborhood!
- 2nd Bedroom has a Puffy Lux Hybrid queen size mattress, a nice sized dresser and a closet.
- The common rooms upstairs have lots of natural lighting with windows that face the mountains. There are also a variety of board games, instruments and books available for guests to use during their stay!
- The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to do some of your own cooking. We have a large fridge and oven that can easily accommodate large groups.

Downstairs:
- There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs both with comfy queen sized beds (the larger one has a Puffy Lux mattress!). One room has the laundry room attached to it so you have to walk through this room to get to the laundry area. The other room has the main door to the lower deck inside and is open to the stairs from upstairs.

Outside:
- There is a large back deck with a luxurious 6 person hot tub, an outdoor dining area and a multi-burner gas grill. The deck goes into the shade in the evenings making it the perfect place for dinner BBQs! Then cap the evening off with star gazing in the massive hot tub!
-The main yard is located behind the house and is about an acre of fully fenced in land with a 4ft tall wire fence. There is a decent slope to the yard as you can see in pictures but it is still a great place for dogs and adventurous kids to explore!

For the nature lover, there are plenty of outdoor activities! World-class hiking in Lost Creek Wilderness or Guanella Pass, mountain biking in the popular Staunton State Park or the Buffalo Creek trails, back country alpine touring in the Mosquitoe Mountains, disk golf a mile from the cabin, climbing and fishing right nearby. Or take a very scenic drive up Guanella Pass or Kenosha Pass which are both Denver favorites for fall colors!
