THE LAW for short term rentals in Greece says that we can not provide/ offer to our guests anything else than Bed linen and towels during your stay , only Hotels are allowed
- So with every stay regardless the length of stay, we offer 2 rolls of toilet paper shampoo and hand soap.
There is no breakfast or other service . Any goods that you may find in the kitchen are left from previous guests and you are welcome to use them

After midnight arrivals arrivals are accepted ONLY by pre arranged transfer

You need to inform us about your exact arrival check in time at least 24 hours in advance.

There are 2 options to reach the apartment.

1) Send us your flight / ferry details and we will arrange a private transfer (extra cost).

2) Arriving by yourself and meet you at the apartment.
This option is available for arrivals within the apartment's check in timetable

According to the GREEK LAW for short term rentals and our house rules , regardless length of stay , we offer you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 shampoo, 1 soap for body and 1 for dishes
We can not provide you anything else during your stay . ONLY hotels are allowed

In our country
a) we do NOT throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl
b) You need to press the boiler button and wait for 20 minutes in order to have hot water (in Greece we have electric boilers)
