There is no on site support staff at all, but they answer texts-- they also somehow monitor noise levels in rooms (with listening devices?) and complained by text to us of excessive noise when actually all the noise we made was normal talking on the phone or in the room--unless the devices picked up excessive noise from freeway a stones throw outside the main bedroom and bathroom windows when we temporarily opened one due to excessive heat in the room and our initial inability to find thermostat to regulate it (it was partially hidden behind wall mounted tv.). Needless to say the traffic noise was bad even with all the windows shut! Doors also squeaked loudly so maybe their monitors picked up on that!! Absolutely ridiculous to get such a text mentioning "monitored noise levels" being excessive as if we were having a loud party when it was only normal voice level talk on phone or to each other.
Stairs are steep and there is no elevator. No staff to see or get clean towels from. You are expected to climb to top floor and get your own from a storage closet.
