„Beautiful home, with tasteful cheery decor, and a very well appointed kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals! Multiple inviting areas include the front deck, back patio and velour sofa!! „We were in Prescott for my youngest child’s college graduation. And the casita was just right for us. It was close to everything we needed to get to, had all the confits of home and so many thoughtful special details to make our stay extra comfortable. We loved every day we got to spend there and would highly recommend a stay at Karen and Dave’s quiet little oasis near the town center. “

„This house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our weekend stay in Cottonwood. Our favorite part was the beautifully landscaped front yard, where we could hear live music from one of the nearby bars on Main street. Our whole family (incl. 2 kids and a dog) spent each evening sitting out in the front yard enjoying the weather, scenery, and music. “

„We loved this cottage near the mountains and hiking trails. Yet it's just a few blocks from the main highway through Sedona. Convenient! It was quiet, artsy, cute, and well equipped. The bathroom is newly remodeled and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. There is a carport to park under. The owner is wonderful. I recommend it!!“

„This is my 3rd time staying here with my bestie for our Dr. Appointments. Bill is a wonderful host. Place is clean and very secure. I would have no problem staying here by myself. Also, loved all the pride murals on fences and casita and property is so calm and relaxing and decorated beautifully. Wonderful stay and welcoming to all types of people which is amazing. I wish there were more places like Bills. “

This house, while small on the inside, provided abundant outdoor seating and spaces to enjoy - sunny when the cool morning called for it and shady when the afternoon sun rolled in. We were not happy with excessive noise (lasting until 2 a.m.) coming from the Southside Tavern, a bar across the street from the cottages.“
