„The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. “

„Had a great stay. Everyone was wonderful and the front desk was very polite and helpful when I checked in “

„Weh have stayed at The Greens before and this unit was quite a disappointment. Minimally furnished and basically no decor, with broken metal blinds that could not be opened or let light come through. Many doors had cracks and also the walls. Poorly maintained unit overall. The linens were terrible worn out, and towels were stained and of poor quality as well. Soap and shampoo of the cheapest quality. Soap dispensers had diluted soap...No refills for trash bags, we had to buy our own... The ...

„The unit was beautiful, well-stocked kitchen, very convenient location (15 min to Desert Botanical Gardens and 15 min to Downtown Phoenix Symphony Hall) and 10 min to cute Tempe downtown. Bathrooms are roomy and great water pressure in showers! We'd definitely stay again! The ONLY downside was the fact the unit was on the second floor, so a full set of stairs was required to access, just FYI. This unit is located in a gated community, and has a view of the beautiful pool area. Great stay!“
