„We had a fantastic stay at Villa Divertida! Everything was exactly as we hoped! Beautiful property with so many fun amenities. Our host, Peter, was very responsive with any questions we had as we were settling in. “

„This house was perfect for our big family get together.It is even better in person than in the photos. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the cool mornings. It is very well equipped, we had everything we needed, just like home. The game room kept small and big entertained and together. A car is needed, but two shopping centers are close by. The owners are responsive and accommodating. I hope we can come back again soon. Highly recommend. “

„This home was ideal for our group of 16 adults—plenty of room to spread out, yet comfortable spaces to come together. We stayed in late April and spent most of our time enjoying the pool and hot tub.The kitchen had everything we needed for group meals, and the entire place was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Plus, the location was convenient to shopping and other amenities.Highly recommend for large groups—we’d definitely book again!“

It’s a small issue but the interior doors are glass and let in light at night from the exterior lights of the house and the street. May be an issue if you want a totally dark room at night. I“

„We had an exceptional stay from start to finish! The property is spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained.The bedrooms featured remote-controlled blinds, luxurious sheets that were incredibly comfortable, and two rooms equipped with televisions. The family room boasted a large sofa, perfect for lounging, complete with cozy throws and pillows.The kitchen was a dream, with a generous island, bar stools, and all the amenities you could need, including dishes, glassware, cutlery, ...

„Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is very high end, elegantly designed and every creature comfort was planned for. The outdoors were incredible, it felt like a celebrity boutique resort. We lounged by the pool, played pickle-ball and puttered. We felt refreshed and peaceful staying here. It was super clean and is just a wonderful spot. The Old Town trail is at the end of this private, exclusive street. Tremendous location! Five stars all around - fantastic property, lovely hosts.“

„Great location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Scottsdale airport and 22 to PHX. Home is laid out great with large great room / arcade, quiet living room off the kitchen and bedrooms have their own bathroom (mostly) and many beds / sleeping arrangement options. Yard is huge with pool, volleyball, basketball and grass area for dogs to play. We used it all! Home had everything we needed and then some!! Would be great for families with small children as well. “

Not so this time, but I did book on fairly short notice. Property is beautiful and well-kept. Multiple bedrooms in the unit make it ok to share with business associates. Have had the family along before too, and it’s even better for that. “

„Our hosts Mike and Kara have been very accommodating and quick to address any issues. They are often asking what can they do to make it better and jumped at the chance to improve our stay. Mike and Kara have made many improvements to this unit. The unit has new counter tops, a new stove, new microwave, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new washer and dryer. It has a patio that looks out on the first tee and faces South. If you like the sun (and if not, why are you looking to rent here?) the ...

„This was a very quick 1 night stay for myself, wife, and our adult daughter as we were just in town to see my sick dad. Having said that I do want to pass along how easy it was to check in, how friendly and welcoming the front desk staff were. Then the place itself was great - nice large villa, lots of great pools and amenities. We didn't get any chance to take advantage because of the very short stay but would recommend them!“

Worst hotel ever

"We had to leave after the first night as water wasn’t warm/hot only cold, dirty shower (hair), bathroom uncomfortable (toilet in front of basin) and water tap hardly usable as to close to edge of basin. Outside there were pumps (possibly for pool) which were so loud that we hardly could sleep (room 4101 + 4102). Housekeeping was insufficient and didn’t even clean the dirt on the entrance nor our basins in bathroom (toothpaste still in it). That hotel has very good pictures in the internet but these have nothing to do with the reality. Nobody ever should stay there really. A shame for the price they are charging. Hope they give some of the money back as we had to leave after one of 4 nights and had to look for a better hotel which we, thank goodness, found very quickly in Phoenix. Pictures will follow here after weckte back home (won’t be an advert for it, trust me)."
