We're Lance and Mariam, we own Camelback Stays and run it ourselves along with Jonathan, who helps look after our guests. We're local and a text or message away the whole stay for anything the house needs. You'll have easy self check-in details sent before arrival. We like to be there when you need us, and out of the way when you don't.

Querencia sits in a quiet residential pocket of Scottsdale, minutes from world class golf, award winning restaurants, and nightlife that draws groups to the desert. TPC Scottsdale is about 10 minutes for tee times (and the Waste Management Phoenix Open!), and Old Town Scottsdale is about 12 minutes for restaurants, bars, galleries, and shopping. If you’re itching to explore beyond the town and fairways, head to Camelback Mountain or the Sonoran Preserve Trailheads, both quick drives, for hiking and beautiful panoramic desert views.

There's almost always something on. The WM Phoenix Open takes over TPC Scottsdale every February, Spring Training Baseball fills Salt River Fields and Scottsdale Stadium across the Cactus League season, and Barrett-Jackson and the Old Town art walks keep the winter busy.

The entire villa and grounds are yours for your stay — every bedroom and bath, the Chef's Kitchen and Great Room, and the full backyard with the Pool, Hot Tub, Putting Green, and Cabana. No shared spaces, and no neighbors using the amenities. Check-in is contactless: your door code and arrival details come through before you travel, so you can settle in on your own schedule. Park in the garage or private driveway. The home is owner-managed; a couple of owner storage areas stay locked, and everything you need is open and ready.

The Backyard Paradise
The Resort-Style Grounds center on a Pool with Waterfall, Tanning Baja Shelf, Color-Changing Lights, and Hot Tub. One end of the pool deck is capped by a Turf Putting Green, the other by a Covered Cabana with an Outdoor Kitchen, Grill, and built-in Beverage Fridge. A Fire Pit for those cozy desert nights, plus Pool Loungers and wrap-around Covered Living Spaces with an Outdoor Dining Table and Patio Furniture. The outdoor living areas include TVs in both the Cabana and the Covered Spaces. Pool heating is available at $125 per day.

Whether you’re sinking putts, sunbathing on daybeds, or swapping stories poolside, every inch is designed to impress.

A car is the easy way to move between tee times and dinner reservations, while rideshares and driverless Waymo's cover the nights out. TPC Scottsdale is about 10 minutes, Old Town Scottsdale about 12, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport about 20. Park in the private garage or driveway on site.

Maintenance visits. To keep the villa in top shape, our trusted crew (pool care, landscaping, pest control) may stop by during your stay. They stay outside and won't enter the home without your permission.

Security. Exterior security cameras cover the front (doorbell and driveway), the side yards, and the backyard, including the pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.
