The second master sits on the ground floor with its own doors out to the terrace pool area with breathtaking sea views. The third bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and shares a modern family bathroom.

The nearest beaches to the villa are the laid-back resorts of Kalives & Almyrida . You will discover a fantastic range of restaurants and bars plus a variety of shops. It is a wonderful area where you can truly relax and easily explore the many charms of Crete. Just twenty five minutes away by car you will find Chania Old Town, one of the most alluring, captivating towns of Crete. With picturesque, narrow alleyways draped with colourful bougainvillea, a fabulous dining scene, atmospheric bars, and the most amazing sunsets. You will quickly lose your heart and want to return time and time again. Crete is also home to three world-famous beaches: Balos Beach, Elafonissis and Falasarna. You really must try and visit at least one of them while you are staying at Villa Athena. The dramatic, mountainous interior landscape of Crete is also worthy of exploration, remaining unspoilt and sprinkled with sleepy villages, incredible churches, imposing gorges and stunning valleys.

How to reach Chania
