„Apartment was great, very nice. There was 3 beds we only used one but it was very comfortable. Host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Only downfall was the upstairs tenants jumped and ran all night till about 3am so being up late and checking out at 10am was not fun, but Tom was great and apartment was clean. If you can ignore jumping perfect location to everything.“

„The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. „The area was good with well lit lot and stairwells. The cleanliness was not great. There were dust spiders on cobwebs in the corners. Behind the beds hasnt been cleaned in a minute. Theres a good water stain in the master bedroom, hope its not new.The bathroom needs a tune up and the caulking is coming loose in the shower and the cabinet is pretty rundown.
