„Netter Empfang, gute Ausstattung des Zimmers, das Badezimmer war sehr sauber, die Bettdecke wies allerdings Flecken auf und das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Für einen Zwischenstopp ist das Hotel völlig ausreichend. Den Preis fanden wir allerdings für die Lage nicht gerechtfertigt.“

„Wlan fiel ständig aus. Kein Frühstück trotz Werbung dafür bei Expedia. Zimmer sehr klein. Bad lagen noch Haare und unsauber in den Ecken. Am Pool die WCs dreckig. Liegen verrostet und Tierkot drauf.“

„There was no hot water and when I addressed it with the manager, he said yeah that the tank was only running at 40% capacity and that it was going to be fixed later on in the week. Didn’t offer to discount my room disappointing“

„Where to begin… Pool & hot tub were out of order (I phoned prior to booking and the staff said they were repaired and functional). It is worth mentioning that this was the main reason for selecting this hotel. The clerk was reluctant to offer a refund, and stated that I needed to contact Expedia to get a refund. I declined and accepted that swimming would not be an option. The room was filthy. My bed had a stain on the top cover. I removed the cover and there were some crusty ‘discharges’ on ...

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

„Very well kept, staff always cleaning and it smelled nice like cleaning staff added some nice scents to rooms and hallways. Appreciated that we could actually use the pull out coach - it was nice and clean. All other hotel experiences we have had in the past we could never use pullout because it was dirty and nasty like never cleaned. But this place you can tell cleaning was a priority! Really quiet which was surprising for a weekend holiday stay. Kids enjoyed pool. Very spacious room.“
