Villa Frande is a charming villa with a pool, large garden, and private play area, located in the southern Salento, just 4 km from the sea.

The beautiful beaches and landscapes of the Adriatic coastline are only 4 km away, and the sandy beaches of the Ionian coast are approximately 15 km away.

The villa, designed to accommodate up to 15 people, is spread over three floors and offers spacious, bright interiors, perfect for hosting groups of friends or large families.

Additionally, the vast outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing, organizing outdoor meals, engaging in sports activities, and enjoying refreshing swims in the pool.

Villa Frande is fully enclosed and is also organized to welcome your pets. It is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection and heating, making it perfect for winter stays and for smart working activities.

THE PROPERTY

Villa Frande is approximately 240 sqm and is situated on a plot of about 9,000 sqm. It is suitable for up to 15 guests and, as previously mentioned, is spread over three floors as follows:

GROUND FLOOR

Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious and well-equipped living room with a smart TV, dining table, fireplace, and a comfortable sofa, ideal for social moments.

The fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, invites you to delightful culinary experiences.

On the ground floor, there are three cozy air-conditioned bedrooms, two double rooms and one with two single beds.

The ground floor also includes two well-finished bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle.

FIRST FLOOR

On the upper floor, you’ll discover a spacious attic, a real haven with air conditioning. With four single beds and a private bathroom, this area offers privacy and comfort, making it perfect for younger guests or groups of friends.

BASEMENT FLOOR

The basement floor, cool and bright, is a pleasant surprise. Well-organized with a dedicated entertainment and relaxation area (including a ping pong table and foosball table), it’s perfect for spending enjoyable moments with company.

Here, there are two additional bedrooms, one double and one with three single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower cubicle.

OUTDOOR AREA

As mentioned, Villa Frande boasts a large and well-equipped outdoor space.

Surrounding the villa is a beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained garden, filled with ornamental plants, flowers, and aromatic herbs.

POOL

The large pool (18 x 9 x 1.90 meters) is well-equipped with sun loungers and a comfortable patio, making it an ideal spot to cool off and relax amidst nature.

Next to the pool, there is a small wooden cabin, perfect for storing some items, and a service bathroom with a shower (with ambient temperature water and no bidet).

SPORT AND FUN:
For sports enthusiasts, the villa features a large play area of about 15 x 32 meters, with synthetic grass and fully enclosed. The facility is organized and equipped for playing tennis and five-a-side football, and is illuminated for evening sports activities.

LARGE COVERED VERANDA

A comfortable covered veranda, equipped with sofas and dining tables, is the ideal place to enjoy outdoor meals.

Additionally, outdoor cooking enthusiasts can use the wood-burning barbecue corner to organize delicious cookouts with friends.

ENTRANCE AND PARKING

Villa Frande is fully enclosed, ensuring privacy and security for your leisure moments and for your pets. There is also a fenced outdoor parking area with several parking spaces.

Villa Frande is located along Provincial Road 188, which connects the towns of Corsano and Alessano, two Salento villages immersed in the heart of the most authentic Salento.

The villa is surrounded by a rural landscape, with fields and centuries-old olive groves. Additionally, situated just 10 minutes by car from the sea, it offers the perfect balance between the tranquility of the countryside and proximity to the beautiful Salentine coastline.

Finally, the surrounding area is rich in Salentine history and traditions. The region's agro-pastoral architecture has left indelible marks, with "pajare" (traditional stone farmhouses) dotting the landscape, and the "Tratturi," ancient communication routes connecting the coast to the inland villages, reflecting a past of intense exchange and movement.

As mentioned earlier, the towns of Alessano and Corsano are less than 1 km away and offer all the main services (shopping center, bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, gas stations, tobacco shops, etc.).

The nearest seaside location is Marina di Novaglie, about 4 km away. With its crystal-clear waters, cliffs overlooking the sea, and picturesque marine caves, it represents a peaceful corner away from mass tourism, perfect for those seeking an intimate experience immersed in unspoiled nature.

Moreover, the marina and the Adriatic coast offer various interesting activities for all tastes:

- Kayaking excursions (with 18° Meridiano) or boat tours to discover the beautiful marine caves (with Bluemarine or Seasalento);
