Located near the Petroglyph National Monument with its ancient volcanoes, significant archaeological sites, and some 24,000 carvings, Petroglyph Place is a stunning contemporary home resting within a relaxed and friendly community. Situated just 14 minutes’ drive West of Albuquerque, this 3-bedroom townhouse comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Modern and functional this vacation rental is beautifully decorated, designed for comfort and convenience.

The Space:
THE SPACE
You'll have access to the entire home, including a private yard with additional seating, perfect for those warm summer evenings. There's ample parking on-site with a double lock-up garage and off-street parking space also available.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with several parks nearby (including a dog park to cater for your most welcomed furry friend), you'll find a host of coffee shops, restaurants, necessary conveniences, and numerous hiking trails, all close by.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by the sizeable open plan living, dining and immaculately presented kitchen with direct access to the private yard.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide plenty of space for the entire family, easily accommodating up to 8 guests.

Nearby to the Petroglyph National Monument with its ancient volcanoes, significant archaeological sites, some 24,000 carvings and numerous hiking trails makes this home an ideal base.

1\. Arriving from the West: Take I-40 East to Arroyo Vista Blvd NW, then turn right on Ladera Dr NW, then left on Casa Verde Ave NW, then left on Arkansas Rd NW. House will be on the right.
2\. Arriving from North, East, or South: Take I-40 West to Unser Blvd NW, then left on Ladera Dr NW, then right on Casa Verde Ave NW, then left on Arkansas Rd NW. House will be on the right.

*Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.

* Pet Fee - $200 per pet. Dogs only with 25 lbs. weight limit. No other pet types allowed.
* 2 Car Lock up Garage and ample parking is available on site
* For your safety, there's a First Aid Kit, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide and smoke detector on-site
* Smoking is not permitted inside, and we advise a $250 additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside.

• No Cats or other animals. Dogs Allowed for Pet fee.
• No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind.
• No parties or events
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.

Great home base for a Spring Break trip
The home was as advertised and communicating with the local manager easy. Close to Old Town and Petroglyph National Monument. About a half hour from hiking on Sandia. We loved everything about the stay and would recommend. The only, very small suggestion is to provide Kleenex!

Spacious townhouse in great area
This is a very spacious townhouse in a great safe area. My husband and I stayed for 12 nights and appreciated the space and area. We had a few concerns when we checked in and our host responded quickly and the minor problems were addressed quickly. We loved the walking paths and views. We would stay here again.

We have family that live in Mirehaven and this location was perfect - a quick drive or a 15 minute walk on quiet streets and walking paths. This home was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Home away from home!
USATF brought us to Albuquerque and this home proved to be the “home away from home” that we were looking for! It was conveniently located near the sports stadium we frequented during our trip. My family of 7 (2 adults, 5 children) had plenty of space in the home. TVs were in every room and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics needed to prepare meals when we dined in. Kids enjoyed the puzzles. Beds were comfy. We all slept so well! Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion), towels and linens were plentiful and the available garage parking was a nice touch of security too! The kids enjoyed the nearby park (within walking distance). The home was also a short drive away from Walmart, gas stations and other eateries. I would definitely rebook with Irvie homes if we ever decided to return to the area. It was a great stay and better than pictured!

Lovely House
This is a lovely house in a nice neighborhood (there are several geocaches and a trail into the petroglyphs within easy walking distance). There was plenty of room for six of us (two couples and two singles). The kitchen was very well equipped - we had everything we needed to cook several meals. There are at least two large-screen TVs with streaming, and excellent wifi. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our only complaint - and it's a small one - is that it takes what seems like forever for hot water to reach the master shower. Once you know that, you can start the water earky.
