This was our second time staying here. The positives are still the food, the service, the hotel grounds, and the various activities and things to do around the area. However, there were a few negatives. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was not clean. It took reception two attempts to get it to an acceptable standard, and no one followed up afterwards to check if everything was okay. Furthermore, during check-out, no one asked us how our stay was. I felt that the signature "Salobre vibe" was a bit lacking this time around. For 200€ per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. Overall, though, it is still a place we would recommend.

An exceptional property in every respect. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with high-quality amenities throughout. The gardens and pool areas are stunning, the views are spectacular, and the quality of the food across the variety of restaurants on the property is excellent. Overall, the vast majority of the staff were also outstanding — warm, attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. There were only a very small number of exceptions, which did not detract from the overall experience. A truly beautiful venue with an impressive level of quality throughout.
