Extrem freundliches und sehr zugewandtes Personal in allen Bereichen. Eine wahre Freude.

Having been to many other Marriott/ Sheraton hotels before: This was by far the best experience we ever had. Whereas I consider clean facilities, comprehensive breakfast etc standard in this category, it was the staff that really made the difference. EVERYONE we met was exceptional friendly and supportive and willing "to go the extra mile" to satisfy the customer. The bartender "smelling" when the next drink is requested, the receptionist giving helpful hints and opening the Panorama deck especially for us, the room maids keeping everything fresh every day etc etc. The hotel has anything needed incl. pool, wellness area and is well located to explore Lisbon by public transport. We really enjoyed our 6 nights there and had a hard time to leave. Sheraton Lisboa and Spa is our strong recommendation for any trip to Lisbon. But pls keep it a secret else it will be too crowded there...;-)
