Urlaub mit Kindern in Halbinsel Yucatán buchen

We had a nice stay at the GR Solaris hotel. The room with view to the ocean was amazing but we had always water problems in the bathroom. Unfortunately we had 2 problems at the restaurant. First, my younger daughter found a spine in the sausage. The restaurant responsible apologised and tried to make it better with one manager. The same day our second daughter was injured by something sharpen on her chair. A rescuer worker came to see the injury. Unfortunately nobody was checking at her after that day even trying to offer us something special for her. We were supposed to have VIP access but excepted the upgraded room, I did not really experience the vip access. Thanks to the entertainment team, especially coach Yzrael, Abraham, Christ and Leo. The girls at the kids club were always nice to our kids (Monti and Crissel). Special thanks to Pedro at the reception and Adnan and Joel at the lobby entrance. The breakfast was very good and the rest of the food was ok.

Das Zimmer, das Personal, die Ausstattung alles war sehr gut.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Beloved (2019 und jetzt 2026). Normalerweise gehen wir nicht zweimal in dasselbe Hotel, weil wir die Erfahrung gemacht haben, dass das zweite Mal die hohen Erwartungen nicht erneut erfüllt. Hier wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt. Die Anlage ist so wunderschön und top in Schuss, wie vor 6 Jahren. Dasselbe gilt für das gastfreundliche und herzliche Personal! Einfach toll.

Excepcional hotel, the nicest staff, great food

Der Service war wirklich gut. Sehr nettes Personal und das Essen war für ein Hotel perfekt. So etwas hatte ich auch noch nie. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Kostenloses upgrade bekommen. Zimmer groß, sauber und schön ausgestattet. Sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Schöne Küche.
